Facing removal proceedings in Immigration Court is often destabilizing and intimidating. We are here to advocate alongside you, protect your rights through the process, and identify all potential forms of relief.

Defensive strategies include Cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status, Asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Visas, Relief under VAWA, and other defenses rooted in past persecution.

Legal Costs & Fees

We welcome the opportunity to talk with you about your immigration issues. There is a minimal charge for initial consultations, whether in-person, by telephone, or videoconference. If we decide to work together, we will schedule additional time for a complete consultation and enter into an attorney fee agreement.

Most immigration representation can be performed on a flat-fee basis. However, as an alternative, some matters may also be billed under a traditional hourly fee agreement. That way, you pay only for the time spent on your case. In this case, we bill on a monthly or quarterly basis. Your invoice will include an itemization of work performed, an accounting of any trust account activity, and a breakdown of costs.

USCIS filing fees, court costs, application preparation fees, and attorney costs are billed to the client.
